Welcome to myGuide, a one-stop resource to help SeniorCare Cost members learn about 2019 Medicare plan options with Scott and White Health Plan.
Scott and White Health Plan developed six new Medicare Advantage plans that will help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses and provide access to the entire Baylor Scott & White Health system, including specialists. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) approved the plans in late August.
Most SeniorCare Cost members who live in the service area will be automatically enrolled in a new SeniorCare Advantage plan and will receive an official Benefits Notice by Sept. 30, outlining the differences between the two plans. Refer to the transition plan for exceptions to auto-enrollment.
